I've been reading the tips when loading games and one says that expertise is a very good feat for high level fighters. But it needs 13+ intelligence!!! This being an attribute fighters are not famed for. Is it good enough to sacrifice so many ability points or not. And another question does HOF mode get much harder after the first chapter? and do you guys use apocaliptic boneguards as much as i do?

Playing a fighter with a higher intelligence is one option, certainly. It's all a matter of taste.
My preference for a straight fighter is usually to focus on strength and constitution. I'll add a few points into wisdom and dexterity but nothing that would take either over a 12, and get intelligence to 10 and let charisma suffer. (I should note that I do NOT use the min/max approach that drops charisma down to a 3!). As for HoF, strangely enough it actually gets EASIER as you go further along. Especially if you started HoF from Level 1 (!). [img]smile.gif[/img] It's because of the way HoF alters the power of the monsters you face along the way, and the relative strength of your party as you gain levels. Apocalyptic Boneguards?? I like summoned Elementals myself! [img]smile.gif[/img] I just need to keep that protection from evil 10" up at all times! lol
