poisoned weapons....

I've got a few spare jars or wyvern poison.... how do i envenom my weapons with them? The item description seem to hint that it was possible.

I not sure if all the characters can do it... in fact I kinda doubt it...

But your thief,if you have one. Can take feats/skills in Envenom Weapon.
I have heard though,that it is kind of a waste of feats.And that it really dosn`t do you alot of good.

You need one level of rogue, at least 8 alchemy. I don't know how you actually do it though.

I have a Rogue/Wizard who has the feat. Basically you select it like you would any other feat - although it can only be used once a day. When you click on the feat, it will act as if you have chosen a spell to cast on yourself - very shortly afterwards, it will even say something like " has cast a spell" (at least it does this to me, but I play with auto pause on after spells are cast). Then you'll see a little icon on the character's face show up that looks like a dagger with poison dripping from it. You don't need any items to use the feat though, it's assumed with the feat that you pick up poison as you go along. Basically the next successful attack you make with a weapon uses the poison. So it's basically like adding one spell a day. You need to make a 20 DC Fort save against it, so it's very nice against low Fort foes. It will really drain their HP quickly because it saps alot of Con. It's not ultra powerful though as its use is limited to once a day, but it's nice to have.

Edit - one other nice thing about it is it can be used on any weapon, including arrows, so you can poison from a distance.

it's too late now cos i am way into the Severed hand now.....

I was just wondering if anyone manage to somehow USE the extra vials of poison.
