Will it work if I had:

Silverstar of Selune
Half-Elf
NG

Druid
Wild Elf
TN

Fighter
Drow
NE

Rogue
Human
CN

Evoker
Drow
LE

Or will this be too conflicting? I didn't want duegers, deep gnomes, aasimar, and dwarves for numerous reasons, so that limits my party a little bit.. Anyways, do I need to readjust my alignments, or will this be OK?

Perfectly OK. At least in IWD the good guys and the bad guys don't quarrel and bicker like in Baldurs gate. Those who have tried Viconia and Aerie and or Minsc will know..... Vic and Minsc are such a laff!

The world is made up of different people often working together but towards different ends. Just look at the folks at your work place..... If it can happen in the real world, it's even more likely to happen in the Forgotten REalms.

A friend of mine is running a party with a LG Paladin and a LE Monk. She's pretty far along (may even have finished by now), and there have been no problems with this mix. I suspect that's because these are all your own characters, whereas in BG, you pick up God-knows-who with who knows what sort of scripting.

LOL
me and my friends had a debate about that once.
Overall i think we decided that the majority of humans were Neutral good, Lawful Neutral or Lawful evil.
