I'm playing Baldurs gate the origional saga, its the 3 disk package.
I'm stuck at the Duchal Palace. The problem is that as soon as Serevok sees one of my party a fight starts, after a few seconds one of his henchmen "Winski Perforate" unleashes a flame strike on my main character, this flame strike always kills her. I've tried juicing her up with every spell and potion available, even if she takes zero damage she dies. I'm out of ideas, help me please.

That is really weird! No damage and you still die??? I would reload from an earlier save and take it from there.

That is most likely a bug.
That spell is only supposed to hit you on 2 occassions:
1) When you attack Gorion in Candlekeep.
2) When you're back in Candlekeep and refuse to go with the guard into prison.

I would try to kill that guy asap, cheat if you must.

I got some advice from another source:

This is because you have to keep at least one of Liia and Belt alive after you have killed all the doppelgangers.
If both Liia and Belt die then so do you. Protect them during the fight.

Hopefully this will do the trick

That could be it. Never managed to get them both killed, so I can't really tell.
