I took on a quest for this mage chick. got the item she needed. and can't find where she's staying. If anyone can tell me where to find the regurgitating sturgeon, er... um... that is the splurging sturgeon please let me know.

I has trouble finding it too. The Splurging Sturgeon is in the north east corner of the city, a bit below the blushing mermaid. It is right at the bottom of the map and is easy to miss.

Yeah--the building does have signs that say "Splurging Sturgeon" when you click on them, but not only are they really small, you have to walk around the building to get to them.
