Hey all.Does anyone out there know how to create there own custom charecter portrait and sounds.

Seriously I need help on this.What do I need to download,what should i put in it,is it hard to make them?Please give me some help.i'm just an 11 year-old!Thjat excuse is getting old is'nt it?
