I will just be walking in the middle of a thunderstorm on any of the maps and I will just randonmly get struck by lightening but I never noticed this before I installed TOTSC. Does anyone know if TOTSC affects anything or something like that.

P.S. no damage is done when you get hit.

Don't worry - it happens from time to time

For some reason whenever I have Minsc in my party he seems to be a human lightning rod

Yep--it never happened to me before ToSC, either. Startled the hell out of me the first time.

It's good that it hits you--what did you expect, carrying wet metal weapons in a thunderstorm? But I don't like the fact that wearing metal armor has no effect on the chances of your getting hit, and I don't like the fact that you don't get hurt. It should be like the Druid spell Call Lightning, with the caveat that it can't kill you, or get you below 5% of your maximum hitpoints.
