I've been trying to host/join MP games for a few hours. But every time I press host/join on TCP/IP the game freezes. The Baldurs Gate tech help page suggested this was due to my RealTek RTL802
 AS)card but after checking, it turns out I already have the most recent drivers installed. Any suggestions?

have you considered playing on Gamespy by any chance, Its what I normally play on (It's the only way I am able to successfully play).

I too had the multiplayer lockup problem but after downloading and installing the official tosc patch available at this http://www.interplay.com/support/bgtales/patch.html web page... The problem went away ..If the game still locks up post back here
