My Halfling Thief cannot remove traps. He can see it red glowing, but after i click on the trap he dont remove it. I have find traps on 75% - is it low for removing the traps?

Are you using the icon that looks kind of like a stereotypical thieves mask (the eye covers)? If not, then that is your problem. Same one you use for pick locks and pick pockets. Otherwise, try reloading the game. If that doesn't work, then try a reinstall.
