How to prevent losing hp in Chapter 5?

can anyone please kindly tell me how to prevent losing hp in ice city inside fighting with ice monsters?

and...how many method can we kill trolls easily..? all i know is poison....

I assume you're talking about the frost salamanders? They do cold damage if you get too close to them. If you talk nicely to their king, he should give the run of the place. Put your party in single file formation to minimize contact with the salamanders until the time comes to fight them (which it will, trust me). As for the trolls, fire is good too -- the strategy I like to use is have my big bruisers knock the troll to the ground, then my mage steps in and shoots a few bullets of fire at it with his sling, killing it. If you don't have arrows/bullets/bolts of fire or acid, flaming oil works nicely too -- just make sure you keep everybody back far enough to avoid collateral damage.

but....for the time being myself...I cant find Joril, all i can see is Davin and a guy called Kontik from Auril(I have to fight with her). who is her? i cant get the badge.. must i get 6 of them for the ending? I have fighted there guard and Frostble, am i wrong?

where is the rest(from chapter 5-6, chapter 4 one i have got already) of them? how long for the story to end this game?
