darn exit for the level? Maybe I'm being obtuse here but I also seem to remember there being some hostages or something on this level, but I had to reload and then I went off in a different direction and I can't find them anymore either. ARGH! The Lizard King battle was an f'n blast though!

After you take out the Mr. Morrison (aka the Lizard King), you need to head south in the caves, over a bridge or two, until you come to an area with holding pens with humans inside them. One of the children thanks you for saving them and you gain more experience. On the back wall of the large holding pen on the right is a door to the next level, but rest up before you go through -- some incredible nastiness awaits you on the other side.
