Just a couple of questions about Prot. from Evil.
Protection from Evil grants a +2 saving throw to any spells cast by evil creatures. Two questions: 1. If a character of Evil Alignment casts Prot. from Evil on an ally, and then subjects their ally to a spell such as 'Web', does their ally receive a +2 saving throw bonus against the spell? 2. If a character of Evil Alignment casts Prot. from Evil on himself, and then subjects himself to a spell such as 'Web', does he receive a +2 saving throw bonus against the spell? |

I think the way it was implemented in BG2 is that it grants the bonuses against all creatures, not just evil ones.
