Very strange, I fought a battle in one of the "wild surge" magic areas and when done decided to rest. I clicked on the sleepy eye button and the screen froze..for about 30 seconds. Just when I was going to do the 3 finger salute, the resting screen appeared and we went back to the play screen. I had rested for 41 days and 16 hours. So, apparently "wild surge" areas affect the automatic healing while resting. The moral? Just go back to the pocket plane to rest!!

LOL...funny bug. I wonder what happens in dead zones (don't have any saves in ToB since I switched computers, or I'd try it)?
