Dating and petrification (dunno if Spoiler)

I was playing yesterday(SoA), and my main was dating Aerie, and it was all set for a nice marriage in the end of ToB, but when roaming the underdark a pretty Beholder pack has just crushed me, petrifying my little winged elf.
Has my relationship gone away with the stone to flesh scroll?

Relationships end immediately if the romance is kicked out of the party. Petrification and imprisonment count as kicked out of the party. If the romance dies while in the party, yet has the gray avatar of death, as long as you resurrect him/her within three days of death you should be fine.

What's so important about the 3 days part?

Actually, it's only Jaheira who will immediately end the relationship upon being kicked out. With the other three you can have them out of your party for 3 game days before they end the relationship. As far as I know there's not a time limit for ressurecting your love interest.

Well, my PCs try their hardest to insure nothing bad happens to their lover. Wouldn't you?

(I could understand if it was Viconia, but still...) Try slapping a Protection from Petrification then a Spell Shield on Aerie, or better yet, check to see if the romance is still active with this console code: CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("JaheiraRomanceActive","GLOBALS")

(I think that's the code, anyway. Would a guru mind stepping in and checking my answer?

It's "GLOBAL" not "GLOBALS", but otherwise it's correct (for Jaheira). For Aerie, just replace Jaheira with Aerie.

And if you make it "SetGlobal" and add a "1" you can reactivate a dead romance [img]smile.gif[/img] or make the impossible possible (e.g. romancing Viconia with an elven PC)
So petrification is not THAT hard

You can also set the golbal to 2 which puts you enar the end of your relationship and three you ask, three completely distroys it so dont try it for example:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("JaheiraRomanceActive","GLOBALS", "2") would get you near the end of the Jaheira romance just replace Jaheira with Aeire of Viconia respectively
