Stupid me in watchers keep

Grr lol I think I did something stupid I think i droped a peice of papper that tells you how to activate the portal on I think its the 4th level of watchers keep the level with the machine of lum the mad My problem is ive droped the instructions I think and not on htis level im fairly sure you use the machine to activeate the portal lol but im not playing with it all day could someone spoil me please lol ive checked the whole level for the peice of papper and checked all the enemys ive droped also.

So, have you gotten to the point in the puzzle where you could ostensibly use the machine for transport, or is it the same as when you've just arrived on the level? Sorry, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. [img]smile.gif[/img]

You have to complete the 3 (or is it 4) different areas to unlock the portal to get to the WK Boss. 1 Section is the 1 w/ the orbs (IIRC, you match tme up w/ the pillar that's the same color as them and you fight something after inserting each orb). The other section is the ghost that gives you 3 different areas to go into. After completing your task in each 1, the ghost appears and allows you to go on to the next 1. The area in the NE part is where you insert the skull that you got. You become a spirit of some sort and control that spirit through a short maze. After completing that task, you go to the thing in the middle (I dunno what it's called). It has things that you can click on around the circle in the middle. Each 1 you click on brings a battle, IIRC, the 1 on the South side is the 1 containing the Mother Hive and some other tough guys. After completing all 3 of those battles, a portal opens which takes you to the final boss of WK. Have fun with him!

Edit: oops, I just saw Moose's post, and then I realized you were asking about the 4th floor, not the 5th. I believe that's where the machine (Lum The Mad) is. You remember those little scrolls you found along the way that are in loopy handwriting? it says like: short, round, etc making beautiful people or stuff like that. I suppose that's the stuff you've dropped along the way, so I guess you can just go to gamebanshee to find that stuff out. Go to: http://www.gamebanshee.com/baldursga.../watchers4.php to get all those combos and opening the portal there.

Ok I killed the dragon Killed the demi lich
Cleared out the mind flayer area ive broken the glass and let carson out used the machine with the notes of lum the mad and got stat boosts and mr and experance and the mace lit the oils obviously i just can't find what i have to do next ive been through before but can't remember im sure i have to manupulate lums machine to activate the portal for the next level but can't find anything to give me dirctions been all over the level

Yeah Lord mashoon thats what i needed that link thanks alot [img]smile.gif[/img] and thank you too true moose thats what i did all right was misplaced one of the hand written notes that explained the combination to open up floor 5 of watchers keep using lums machine thanks for the quick replys and don't worry lord lol ive been through before lol but even i couldn't remember all the combinations on the machine and i have one thats not listed on that list that yeilds a good effect i found randomly if anyone wants it [img]smile.gif[/img] thanks again and happy gamming

oo, what is the 1 that gives the new effect, and what's the effect? And yeah, I don't even remember the name of all the different options [img]smile.gif[/img] . I just do what the notes say . Maybe I should toy around with taht machine and send monsters everywhere to continue my path of destruction

SPOILERS as to results of MoLtM: *IIRC, the machine will give you a single permanent increase in each stat (you need 6 combinations), a mace, and +5% magic resistance, as well as open the portal to the next level. It also does all kinds of hunky dory things if you don't press the right combinations.*
