problem with final battle!!!

Ascension does change it, and i like it but iy's too hard!!!
I have a cople of questions for those who have finished the games with ascnsion(possible spoilers)
-can i make Irenicus or bodhi or both eventually to turn on my side. i mean i almost turned balthazar on my side (he wouldn't join me but he almost renounced battling me)
-can i stop Imoen turning against me (as a slyer)???
-what do those abilities i get after i activatethe polls do (focus , enrage, etc)
-is the Yaga-Shura summoned by Melissan invincible or does he have stoneskin?

THis is kinda urgent so pls help!!!!

Without Redemption it is not possible to turn Irenicus to your Side.
Redemption is another MOD.

Bodhi *can* indeed go to your side, but only if you're evil (maybe neutral?).
Balthazar can join you if you're good/neutral and rep. has something to do with it also

You cannot stop Imoen from turning slayer .. but it *will* wear off .. dont attack her an just wait, she'll turn back eventually.

The abilities come with a description once you click on a pool .....
As for the ones you mentioned:
-Focus makes you *immune* to Time-stop, maze, imprisonment among others
-Enrage I've never heard off
-Unleash is just a damaging sort of spell that makes you tired after casting .. not much use

No, yaga-shura is not invincible ... just incredibly hard to take down.
A *lot* of HP and resistances, just keep trying [img]smile.gif[/img]

Note: There's a bug which prevents a few of the Five from dying .. test this by CTRL-Y 'ing them a fwe times and seeing if they still dont die.
If they dont, Reload seems to be the only cure

P.s. Due to all her resistances and magic buffs,.. Sendai ( the drow cleric/mage ) is sometimes Immune to ctrl-Y and it can even heal her sometimes.. this is not a bug

Only with the ascension mod installed, with a good (or neutral?) character and careful dialogue choice. Even then I think he jsut fights alongside you like Drizzt does, not join your party like a conventional NPC.

This is how you get Balthazar to join you Just read all the replies, and dont forget the last one,.. important [img]smile.gif[/img]

EDIT:
And indeed, he doesnt actually join the party ... he can be controlled or jsut left to do his own thing, but he doesnt have a backpack or character-screen.
Just a simple green circle around his feet like when you charm/dominate people.

Oh -and this is even more important if you have improved Balthazar installed-
!! leave him be !! DO *not* tell him to attack someone or do this or that.
If you let him do is own thing and *only* then, his scripting will kick in and he'll use his special abilities. He has a variety of incredibly powerfull abilities, one of them is a version of "focus" and makes him Immune to Time-stop. It doesnt work all the time, since the ability isnt permanent .. but it usually worked for me.

I only have experience with the Improved Balthazar joining me ..
and he had abilities like lunar stance, solar stance, faster than the eye, dragon strike etc.
( -10 AC, sunfire, healed, teleported etc. [img]smile.gif[/img] )
