I can't seem to exit Watcher's keep, all the exits (Level 4+) say I need something to exit. I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to be able to exit.

Level 4? Let's see, that should be the level where Machine of Lum of the Mad is right?
Behind the machine, there are two portals. You can exit to upstairs through one of them, then go to Yakman's room and exit through the portal there to the outside. |
