Is Cespenar on strike to do I have a bug?

I am nearing the end of this game and I have in my backpack:
Eye of Tyr
Skull of Lich
Liquid Mercury
Stone and Juggernaut stone golem pages
Starfell Ore
Fflar's scabbard
electric flail head
Tattered Parchment
Baalors Claw
Hindos Hand

Cespenar does nothing with these. Every time I come home with my bag bulging with hard-won magic swords, clubs, armor, shields etc, he tells me there is nothing for him to do with them. Oh, he has made a few items, but I figured by this point in the game, most of the stuff would be used up by him.

Any comments?

Stone and Juggernaut stone golem pages.

Can't remember the different golems but if the dude has made a golem which is stronger than the stone and juggernaut then those two pages are useless.
