i need a good reason for not cheating back in my innate abilities

I hate hacking, but i hate not having draw upon holy might even more! Is this a trade off for turning into the slayer? If it is I think that sucks. Does anyone know why you lose your special abilities once you regain your soul in SoA?

Yes, it's a tradeoff. Not a bug, but a part of the storyline. The game is perfectly playable without Draw, so there's no reason to cheat over this. And if using Draw has always been a major part of your strategy, maybe it's time to experiment with some new tactics

Fact for sure

I have never ever used Draw upon Holy Might. Perhaps a solo has use for it, but I never considered using it, imho indicating that one can really live without it.
