My wild mage did something and i dont know wot exactly and now every spell he casts or vicconia casts comes up with :Wild surges colour changes.
even a lich tried to cast something and it came up. it started at the end of the maze in watchkeep |

I think this is fixed by the official patcxh (www.bioware.com) or maybe the baldurdash fixpack. You can find baldurdash with google cos my list of useful links has gone walkabout. Again.
