Lvl 50 rule-pack ?

I kinda wanna install the ToB lvl 50 rulepack, for my solo kensai/mage ( just hit 8.000.000 XP -cap ) ...
But i cant find it anywhere, anyone know a link ?

( just doing it for once, have a little fun, got all the Improved baddie mods and deafeated once allready, just wanna be really REALLY allpowerfull for once

)

Anywayz, where can i find this XP-cap remover and the LvL-50 rulepack ?

it's on teambg somewhere - I installed it a couple of days ago and all seems well.

To be a bit more specific, go to TeamBG, Tools, and then XP-cap removers or something like that.
