ToB endings **Big spoilers**

Does anybody know how to get ending 2, as i have seen both endings 1 and 3(mortal and good god ending) and have saved it just before the 7th and final battle against amelysan in the thorne of bhaal, and have wondered if there was any quick way of seeing ending 2, or do i have to go through all the game again and do evil things in the pocket plane challenges and talkings to solar?

ive tried becoming evil towards the end but that didn't seem to work. and i don't want to start playing through throne of bhaal again because i plan to start from Bg1 soon and won't have enough time to do throne of bhaal.

You can only get two possible endings of the 3. There is no way to access the third. There was a good thread answering that question before, but I can't remember the reason why it's 2 out of 3. I'll see if I can find it...

I can't find it in the search. It was a thread in which I asked the same question this summer. It seems like the answer is that the mortal ending is the same for good or evil characters, but there are separate endings for good and evil godhood. I think the game judges whether you were good or evil, and it's not based on alignment.

Those who know, do I remember correctly?

Thats what i thought but wasn't quite sure so i thought i'd ask anybody if they knew for sure.

Whether you get the choice to become a good god or an evil god depends on how you respond to Solar's little chats after each bhaalspawn is killed, if you say stuff like you only kill for good and you feel sorry for Sarevok then you'll be seen as good, and if you say you want the throne of Bhaal because it's your right and you love killing etc then you'll be seen as evil. So you can only ever get two choices at the end - mortal, and good/evil god.

There are three endings, but you can only choose among two at the end.

1) Good God Ending
2) Evil God Ending
3) Mortality

Your alignment will decide what you get to choose, either 1 or 3, or 2 or 3. The decisions that you make in the game can also affect your alignment, so bear that in mind.

The way Solar talks to you when you are evil is hilarious.

Your alignment doesnt influence the ending at all.
Only thing that determines if you become a good god or an evil one is how you handle the dialogues with the Solar after each Bhaalspawn kill. Generally, if you took mostly "evil,selfish,greedy" answers, then you will be evil. You basically have 3 options for a god:
1.Really, really good, the solar will praise you and says she will fight with you(good god end)
2.Kinda good, the solar will tell you it is yet to be determined if you have overcome the taint(good god end)
3.Evil, solar tells you how much she despises you and that your time as a power will be a hard one(evil god end)

If the PPevilchoices is set to something greater than 3 (and less than 6), you will become an evil god, to speak in game mechanic terms

Urm... I have seen all three movies... trust me on this... ...

It's either Good God, Evil God or Mortality.

If you do some of the quests evilly, your alignment can change... your final alignment will affect your choices.
