Where can I find them?

I found them all throughout the first few levels of Watchers Keep. (I'm assuming you're talking about the handwritten notes regarding Lum's Machine.)

You can't miss them
Most are found on the top level i think
But anywhere you loot a chest or a bookcase etc there is liekly to be one
Is quite a few about
