I am at the end of the Jaheria Romance/Harper Quest. I have a game where I can choose or not choose to sleep with Jaheria I was told not to. The next thing to happen should be Elminster turning up. However instead the morning after talk just cam up again. I take it I am in a loop? Waht can I do to fix it?

Is that the one where she repeatedly says "ah,..The dawning of our day...etc"? That seemed to be the end of the Jahiera romance for me and i'm onto TOB.If so i'd say your in a loop also.
