Need help Watchers keep lvl 2(spoiler)

Im in the WK lvl2 now, and the ice monsters seem to be invinceble, I can try to hit them, but everybody gets the weapon ineffectife blabla, I open the doors between the wind thing and th poison lib, such as a note says, but nothing happenden again

you also have to open all doors between the poison and ice rooms. once thats done, get your party back then turn the fan on high.
