I have a npc fighter in my party (forget his name though), but his strength is only a 15 or 16. Was wondering if theres any items (besides good ol potions) that'd be usefull to increase his str? Thanks for your

I am not 100% sure, but I think the only item that will raise strength is one of those Tomes (the tomes that raise a particular ability by 1) I cant remember the exact name of the tome that gives strength.

Close, it sets to 18/00

I'm pretty sure that the Tome of gainful exercise and the gauntlets of ogre power are the only items (other than potions and spells of course) that raise strength.

The best solution I have found for meleers with strenth in the mid teens, eg, Khalid, is to have a mage cast Strength on them. You really only need use it for the major fights. Even if you stumble onto a tough fight, the casting time for Srength is very quick; and although the description says it is a touch spell, I have found that on the contrary mages cast it from a distance if they are standing away from the fighter. Strength lasts 1 hour/level, so you don't have to worry about it elapsing during combat.
