Getting TOB

I just finished SoA and was wondering if I could continue undone quests that I didn't get to finish in SoA in ToB. Thanks.

Once you start TOB, you are locked out from SoA completly. Quests closed, Cromwell closed, etc etc etc.
The ONLY thing you can do, is summon NPC's via your pocket plane.
