Arenthis, Risa and Karamir (spoilers)

Usually you can find Risa in the south east of the graveyard district, triggering the quest with Karamir looking after her. The problem is they're not there. Ive tried all times of day. This has never happened before, i've done the quest numerous times in previous games. No mods, ToB, patched, in CH2, about 5 days into the game. Its no great problem if I can't do the quest, its hardly essential, I just wondered if it was a bug anyone knew about.

They're only their at very specific times of day. Alot of the time when I look for them there not there either. It's probably not a bug, at least I've never heard of one involving them. Keep trying.

Mid-morning works for me. If any one of them is there, than all 3 will be present.

Kamir has trouble walking to Arenthis & Risa--he can get lost, or disappear altogether, if he walks out of the party's sight range.

I've had this problem before with my solo kensai mage. I thought it a bug too but it turned out it was simply wrong time of day. They are there only at specific time, not during all daylight hours. If by "trying all times of day" you meant that you slept for 8 hours, and rechecked, then slept for 8 hours, rechecked and so on, then it's possible you just missed the time they appear.
Try around 10am-12noon. Think they should be there at that time. If not try different quests and come back at different times if you can.

And do tell us if and when you get it done and at what time it was.

Still no luck. Would there be anything wrong with just CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("artemis") and the others?

Perhaps just forcing the clock (Ctrl-T {with cheats enabled}) forward bit-by-bit through a day might reveal them?

... or CreateCreature?

If we're cheating, Ctrl-T would be the best, and most ethical, way to do it.
