I gave Minsc boots of speed and everything was okay until now. He just doesn't go fast anymore. I don't know what'r wrong... I'm in Durlag's tower btw.

if he has a ring of free action or the sword that does that too, then the boots won't work.

I think that would be the problem, as I recall there is a two-handed sword with the free action ability. You probably gave Minsc that.

I thought it was only the Ring of Free action that negated the Boots, not the Spider's Bane, or the potion or spell.
