I can't remember if Imprisonment is a spell that a PC or a Joinable NPC could use, however, if it is name some NPCs in game you have or would like to imprison, and what their prison looks like.

My list:

Delcia Caan, otherwise known as Nalia's Aunt
Sir Sarles
Neeber

Their prison looks like it has posters of the Teletubbies wall-to-wall

Yes, they can use it. It's a 9th level spell.

I'd loooooove to imprison Phaere. That "ah, it is you" dialogue she says every time you talk to her is incredibly annoying. She needs multiple dialogue strings

"have I told you recently that I have lost my wings?"

"You did that about five minutes ago."

"well it's time for an update."

Aerie, yes, snivelling is a crime, such a waste, she'd be pretty, if she were mute.
Yes, Nalia's aunt must die, but imprisonment is the next best thing, with a permanent silence spell both inside the prison, and for about a mile all around the area, so no one accidently lets her out.
Neeber, and all the people that evidently missed him while they were throwing the rocks at him. In fact, I think the cruelest sort of punishment would be to remove the silence spell from Nalia's aunt's prison, and just make her mute, and put Neeber and Noober in there with her.

Lets see how he likes it being in a underground room only big enough for him to move an inch.
He will be punished by being cursed with claustrophobia.

Nothing to do with Baldur's Gate but whoever invented that crazy frog ringtone should be imprisoned and forced to watch it over and over again. It may only be me but that dam thing drives me BONKERS!

It's not just you. In fact all of that those Jamba jerks should be locked in a small room with all those god damn ringtones going off every 5 seconds.

Aerie, Neeber, Sir Sarles, Anomen, Lady Delcia Caan, that elf general and his 3 little people that 'greet' you out of the underdark. I could make a massive list of people.

Who can forget Imprisoning Orionna? Preferably it's Nalia doing the Imprisoning.

Nalia in a room full of werewolves, hook horrors, banshees and Fran Drescher. Everyone has the spell Imprisonment with the exception that the werewolves, hook horrors, banshees and Fran Drescher are free to claw, bite, wail and laugh at Nalia for five minutes per hour. Nalia is silenced the whole time... If she dies in the process she will be ressurected... Note: If she cannot be ressurected because of the wail or Frans laughter then the special spell: Bithron's Amateur Ressurection spell will be used. It can ressurect anyone at anytime anywhere.. (hopefully someone who deserves it, Nalia's imprisonment is a exception to this mostly because then she will have to suffer even longer..)
