OK so I've killed Bohdi taken her heart grabbed the book but can't find my lovers body. Any help please. Aerie was a very strong mage at this point.

She is in the tomb in a room of the side of the room here you killed Bhodhi IIRC. I assume the reference to Aerie is because she was your lover. THe class/level of the NPC shouldn't make a difference.

Bodhi's body is in that gondola-thing (you can't take her body with you, but you can stake it), but Aerie's body is in the main room on that floor, the one with the blood pool. Mouse around in the area where she died and you'll find her body.
If, in fact, it ISN'T there, you'd be justified in cheating it in, because that's definitely a bug.
