I know this may sound dumb but I can't find the file baldur.ini or the game files. Does anybody know a walkthrough for the cheats?

Search your PC for baldur.ini and make note of the directory. Normally it would be c/program files/black isle/BGII-SoA... Look around.

It is in the main BG2 directory. Should be under /Program files/Black Isle/BGII - SoA. If you have windows XP you might only see it as baldur I don't believe it shows extentions by default. Just copy baldur off as baldur-old so you have a copy to restore if it goes bad.
