Problem (?) with romances

I've played through chapter 6 many times, romancing either Aerie or Jaheira (I just don't like Viconia).

My problem happens when I enter the graveyard for the first time in Chapter 6. My romantic interest never gets kidnapped!

Is this because I just kicked those blood-suckers butts too quickly, or is there a problem here? I don't want to cheat myself out of anything, but I don't even know if I'm encountering a bug or not.

well, Jaheira I can see since her romance is the most time consuming one, but Aerie? the romance i quite brief.

at any rate, I don't think checking Global varibable counts as cheating; it's a good way to find out how far you're in the romance.

for example, to check Jaheira romance,
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("JaheiraMatch","GLOBAL")

if it says 1 - still progressing (no kidnapping)
2 - in love and alive (kidnapping)
3 - screwed (no kidnapping)

most likely that your romance is always still in progress when you get there (1); or you atually screw up the romance without knowing it (3).
