Hello Again,
what folder is my main char in? i need to re-install BG and i don't want to loose my char that i've worked on for the last little while. is it possible to use my new char after i reinstall BG or do i need to start from the beginning again? also why can we not patch SoA with the patch from Balderdash if ToB is installed? does the ToB already patch this ? thanks |

You can't use SoA patches when ToB is installed because ToB already contains the official patches, and the baldurdash SOA patches conflict with it. However, there is a ToB patch, and there is a ToB baldurdash fixpack that does not conflict with ToB.
For the main character, you have to export him and then he will be in the characters folder in your BG2 folder.

Just go to the sticky about mods in the top of this forum and download the ToB Official Patch and the ToB Fixpack.
