Unfinished Quests for NPCs and the Possible Affects (Spoilers)

I was just discussing with Illumina an interesting encounter I had with Anomen about a year ago.

In my game, I chose him not to have Vengeance against Saerk, but then I dropped him and didn't finish his knight quest.

Well, in ToB, I summoned him and he and Imoen had a most interesting conversation where Anomen was glad he wasn't knighted, and he thought that the Order were hipocrites. He also laughed at Imoen's anecdote about how a Knight of the Order once visited Candlekeep and had a book the equivalant of Playboy for us.

Illumina had something almost similiar, just a different outcome to the banter.

Also, if I remember correctly, Anomen was Chaotic Good! I prefer that Anomen over the other two (LG and CN).

Anomen still has that convo with Imoen even if he does become knighted.

That's what I told Jerr, only the conversation I saw was different. I remember Anomen saying something along the lines of, perhaps they had to confiscate such filth so it wouldn't corrupt others.. This was when I had Anomen since the Copper Coronet and was romancing him along the lawful path.
