IS it normal that persons are to busy to talk to you:S.. I've recently installed TDD and for some reason people dont talk to me, which are important for quest.For Example:the amnish soldier who stand for the tent where u can get aerie seems to be busy .

that's a classic bug. Check if you installed all the required/latest patches before you installed the TDD mod. I think the mod itself won't cause that problem (I'm playing the Big Picture mod which incorperates TDD).
