Bard strong hold

My PC is a skald so I would like to know how would I get the bard strong hold?I hope having the theatre will not stop me. Thanks

Unless this post is in jest, i do believe you already have the bard stronghold.

Yes, a most confusing seemingly contradicting post. Anyway I think that you do Haer'Dalis quests then get it I think.

Once you get the deeds to the playhouse, then it's your stronghold. You must save Haer'Dalis first to get the deed, but you don't need to recruit him to get the stronghold.
