Hello,

After a staggering two year absence from playing the game (naughty I know) and visiting the website (unforgivable almost) I'm back, and I have to say what splendid alterations have been made to it all.

Anyway I digress, having forgotten almost everything I knew about SoA I'm looking for a spot of advice about multiplayer party composition (bored with battering everything that moves with 3 fighter mages, a kensai/thief a fighter/cleric and a sorceror to tell the truth)-whats fun, I'd quite like an archer and a monk in there because I haven't played either before but anything else goes.

Secondly-I've not played the single player game much (twice if memory serves) and I'm going to complete the thing smultaneously (through to ToB) with my multiplayer game but I'd like an interesting mix of characters to do it with, I'm definitely going for Jaheira because of her sub plot and Minsc (because he's mad) but again any suggestions would be enormously appreciated.

Oh and last but not least can someone point me in the direction of a solo sorceror's spell list and a bit of advice on how to go about soloing the chappie.

I know I could search the archives but I thought I'd say hello (again).

I remember Memnoch, Lioness and the chap who set up the Aerie Fan club plus another person (name escapes me) who established the rather mischievous Kentucky Fried Aerie, in response-you know who you are so hello again.

Welcome back, too bad I don't have a clue as to who the hell you are!

Here is a link to Dundee's Sorceror spell selections and advice http://www.angelfire.com/poetry/ds_skane/index.html

If you really haven't played in 2 years, (wow), you may want to look into some mods. There are tons of 'em, and they add everything from tougher fights, to new NPCs and item upgrades. There is a list at the top of the forum.

Whatever you do have fun and remember while your PC doesn't have to eat you do. We don't want to lose any dedicated players.
