Who is this *Nice* thief artemis entri (Or what is his name??) im a fane to thiefes so i wonder who is this *Greate* thief?.

Just incase you don't know Artemis appears in some books written by R.A Salvatore. There pretty good although some people do complain Salvatore has a tendency to create overpowered characters. Personally I enjoy his books [img]smile.gif[/img]

as do I. I like how he is overpowered, at least he proves to be a bit of a hard fight for drizzt!

Holy Shi'ite! That's AWESOME. Artemis is my fave RA Salvatore character!

Okay, now I vow to do 2 things I've never done: (1) Use CLUA and (2) play an evil party (I tried once, and it ended up being just me and Viconia and a bunch of goody-guys).

Artemis is really more of an assasin than a thief in Salvatore's book though...or maybe he is a dual class. regardless he's tough and wicked!!

Keep in mind that when you CLUA him in, he starts at 'hide in shadows' and will attack one of your characters, so make sure you are not too low on HP when you CLUA him in. Also, keep in mind that he starts with 0 XP, and requires a lot to level up, which is his only disadvantage. I CLUAed him in before to check him out, and he just sliced through everything with no problem at all...he's too overpowered.

yeh but lord u can edit him with sk to get rid of his natural -12 ac, etc so he isnt overpowered.

Well, I CLUA'd him in during the JI dungeon. I figured I carry more stuff out with an extra packhorse and who likes doing the durned thing anyway (I know about D-b-G mod, but I'm playing Imoen's Incest). Anyway, he's cool, but I don't like it that you can't give him a portrait. Why not? Anywho, I think I'll just get rid of him until later -- I'm a good guy this time around. I just wanted to check him out.

They have him as a T11 with a bunch of hacks. Just goes to show how hacked-up Salvatore characters are. I think he would be best represented by a Thief (from his young years in Calimport) that dualed to a Fighter.

actually you can give him a portrait. you just need SK for that...
