Weird barbarian glitch

Hey, recently my barbarian topped out of proficiency slots. This level, however, he got another point, but he has nowhere to put it. Are barbarians supposed to have higher than single specialization in their weapons, and if so, how do i fix this?

Barbarians can put two stars in everything, so you cannot be maxed out man! That's not possible, there are more slots than stars you get.

If somehow you did manage it.... did you put maximum stars in all weapon styles? And did you remember that barbarians can put THREE stars in dual wielding?

Just a thought

the problem is i cannot go over ONE star in ANYTHING.
