Can't enter Cloakwood

Hi,
Despite doing the Bandit camp trip, and 'beginning' Chpt. 4 I still find Cloadwood greyed out on the world map. I would love some help.

If I remember right, you have to exit off of another location at the right spot...I remember a site that has unpassible mountains, and you can only get out through a few places...there is a break in one of the mountain passes that lets you through, but it is real small. Hard to find if you are just passing by. That was the way to open one of the locations. I really cannot remember, other than try exiting out of nearby locations in different ways.

Well dear Larry I think you´re wrong, cause I can´t remember this pass you say and I´ve been playing Cloakwood yesterday. There´s no mountains in Cloakwood I think.
Peekaboo: Have you picked up the scrolls (letters) in the bandit camp?? You can´t enter Cloakwood wothout picking them so that the chapter starts. And if you have, the way to get into the Wood is leaving the Friendly Arm from the west side. I fyou exit FAI frem west and still don´t see Cloakwood, there should be a problem that (sorry) I can´t solve.

I for one, don't remember going through a mountain pass when I entered Cloakwood. But I do recall exiting west from either the Friendly Arm Inn or the Bandit Camp area. Hope this helps!

Also try exiting north from the first fe maps east of candlekeep
