I was wondering if anyone could post the names of some of the better NPC's to pickpocket from. The only outstanding thing I ever found was a ring of regeneration on ribald, but I hope there is more of value out there. ANy input would be appreciated.

You can try to steal from shopkeepers, though usually you'll need 200+ points to do that, but you can use a bit of cheese and use a couple Potions of Master Thievery

You can pickpocket:
Guardian Telwyn in the Temple of Helm, Temple District: Helm of Glory (This is a quest reward for clerics but you can steal it if you want to have it before completing the quest) Tolgerias in the Council of Six Building, Government District: Ring of Ram He will drop another one after you kill him in the Planar Sphere. Taquee the Djinn in Trademeet (he is the on eoutside of the tent): Bottle of Efreeti Lord Feveron, in the Bridge district, can be pickpocketed for a scroll of Simulacrum. Nalia’s Aunt, in the de'Arnise hold, can be pickpocketed for a scroll of Protection from Normal Weapons.

Before you complete the Mae'Var quest, talk to Gorch. Empty your inventory. Steal 16 Mace +2s (easiest) then sell them back. Repeat. Yay for getting over 300k in the first day.  [ 07-29-2003, 10:05 PM: Message edited by: True_Moose ]

And let's not forget that you can pickpocket Ribald at the Adventure's Mart for a Ring of Regeneration.
