Do all of the NPCs have their own quests? I would like to know of any that don't... I have had Viconia for a really long time and she doesn't seem to have one, eighter does Minsc and I have had him since the very begining.

Viconia has some stuff in Chapter 5, not exactly quest per se, but some Viconia-specific stuff.
Some NPCs care more about some quests than others, like Minsc and Umar Hills, Anomen and Windspear Hills, and Kelsey and the Copper Coronet.

Oh...I've been out of the loop for like, a year..haven't seen any new mods past TDD in beta or something like that
 I also must say, playing after this long of time is certainly testing my memorization skills of some parts of the game
