I have a little dilemma here. I want to start NRP(No Reload Party) but i cannot decide wheter should i be a Dwarf-Bersker(Tank No1) or Dwarf(F/T-multi-class). Now the bad thing is that Dwarves have [i]really bad DEX so i just might me Barbarian.

Any suggestions?

Really bad DEX? What's so bad about 17 DEX? Sure, you lose _single_ point of AC, but what's that in comparison to the +5 bonus to saves vs. wands, death and spells you get for being a dwarf with more than 17 CON? Answer: it's nothing. And the extra HP for 19 CON helps, too.

As for the Berserker... DON'T! Really don't. You know that annoying "Berseker state ends; X suffers 15 points of damage" message? Well, the damage is doubled when playing on Insane. Don't bother doing the math - that's 30 points of damage after every Berserking. Stay away of Berserkers for such a game.

The Fighter/Thief, on the other hand, is an excellent choice. Personally, I would choose a magic user as the PC for a Party No-Reloads game... but to each his own (yes, Rataxes, things changed ). Pick Katanas and Flails, use [Fury/Ages]+Easthaven. Equip JansenWear once you get UAI, and stock on other physical resistance items. Be sure to get a few Hardinesses, as well.

Edit:Magic User? Why Magic User?

JansenWear AND the Yellow Dragon Scales Armor?! Wow, you sure are gigantic... for a Dwarf!

ADD] Magic user, because the first priority in such a game is to keep the PC alive - and nothing can provide better defensive powers than magic.

Xen,
i think having a dwarven beserker as the pimary tank isnt such a bad idea.........
Although he does suffer 15 points of damage when the state ends,he still gets bonuses like increased attack roll etc etc.
(just make sure you watch his hitpoints and have some potions on you and you will be fine)
For a beserker, there are many advantages and only 2 disadvantages-he gets "winded" and -he cant use ranged weapons.
