rest until healed bug

i was just going to play my new single party assassin.but after killing some mephits, and rest, my life doesn't restore fully.it just restores 1 hp [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] .i've look at the option and theres nothing wrong there.any help?

I haven't ever had a bug like that before... Do you have any patches installed? Not that I would be able to help very much. You should probably ask some of the older members, they might know.

There is a patch that fixes this bug, but as far as I know, it's for ToB. If you wanna check it out (since it might work for SoA too), go to http://www.bioware.com/games/throne_...pport/patches/

Are you sure you have rest until healed turned on? And even if you did, you should rest for 8 hours X number of lost hp's, so thats 3 days for 9 recovered HP !

That's not quite right. It depends on the heal spells your party can memorize.
So if you got a good cleric 16 hours should be enough in any case.
If you are a single assasin however you can't memorize any healing spells and therefore not cast them while resting.

It's just that he doesn't have a cleric with his "single-party-assassin".

And your Bhaal Powers come with a neat 2 x minor healing spell, so you get 14 free HP recovery points per 8 hour rest if you didn't use between resting...

yes i am sure that i did turn the 'rest until healed' option on.but as long as i know if u rest with that option on, no matter how much hp you lose, it'll be stored back fully.

There's also the exploit of leaving your Draw Upon Holy Might on for extended periods of time, thus healing via CON regeneration. Cast DUHM, then either take a nap or travel to an out-of-town map area. Due to an oversight, your DUHM is active the entire time. If you feel like abusing a bug, go ahead.
