I was just wondering...does the pack do something to the romance in terms of love points? Like does it increase them so that a Lovetalk may be missed? Is there anything I should be aware of, like bugs ot problems that may arise?
Any help greatly apreciated! |

No, there is no problems with your romances. It only check the romance variable when deciding which flirts options you get.
There is also no bugs as far as I know.

What a flirt pack does:
--The object of your affection talks lovey-dovey to you without the romance music in the background. --You can talk (F1) to your beloved and get a list of flirting options. Anomen's are interesting, to say the least. --Your flirt options will change as the romance progresses. --If you choose to "go all the way" with your intended, you might just get a surprise! --Want to replace JCompton for SixofSpades on the pedestal (at least, that's what it did for me! ) If you're wondering if something happened to your romance, and you know that Aerie/Jaheira/Viconia/Anomen/Kelsey/Tashia/Solaufein didn't get kicked out of the party or killed, and you didn't recently have a spat with your girlfriend/boyfriend, try flirting with him/her. Sometimes, the dialogue can get speedbumped with a few accidental clicks. In one game, my party just got finished with a fight in the Druid Grove, and I heard about five second's worth of Anomen's theme. On a hunch, I reloaded. Turns out that when I was moving a character, I clicked a bad option just as the box popped up.

The flirt packs shouldn't do any "speeding up" of the core romance, the timers for lovetalks (Bioware) and NPC-initiated flirts (flirt packs) are independent. Nor can you make a lovetalk "change" as a result of flirting, although there ARE those occasional times where you can break a romance in a flirt.
We also add things that look very much like lovetalks from time to time. Although, true, they don't have the music.
