Will the bonus merchants patch work if I already have Throne of Bhaal installed? If not, does that mean I have to Reinstall SoA then patch then ToB?

If I remember correctly, ToB adds bonus merchants anyway (or was that Ease-of-Use?).
It adds Deirdre (spelling), but Joluv has to be manually spawned: CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("Joluv"), IIRC.

I can verify this - ToB does not add Joluv. It was only after I installed EoU that Joluv started appearing.

Same here, but when I installed Bg2 and put the bonus merchants patch on for the first time, it was Deidre that didn't appear.
