For those that happen to be asleep/busy/etc. during the particular 3-hour window that you choose to be Magic Time, why not allow each contestant to Email you with a time that would be better for them? Then, all you need do is Email them the Iron Chef MOD theme at the appointed time, and each person has their own deadline of 3 hours. You'll get more responses, and have each person who wants a special time swear a geas (or just go by the honor system) not to tell anyone else what the theme is.
