chapter 4 questions (spoilers)

(WARNING! This post contains numerous spoilers about chapter 4.)

1: I think I did the Festhall quest wrong. When I wandered into the building for the first time and had Front tell me what was what, my party noticed a violet panel in the wall that said "secret door!", so Yoshi went and unlocked it. Front summoned the guards and attacked. I got so little exp from Front that I think he should've stayed alive. Then we went upstairs and killed Galvena, found Claire, took her to Golin, and went to Desharik. But I found this key in Galvena's room, and I have this medallion. Did I miss something here?

2: Likewise with Chremy. I found the two kids, killed Chremy, and sent the kids to Ulgoth's Beard with Calahan. Did I miss something here too? Seemed way too easy.

3: In Spellhold, there are 2 doors I can't unlock. Am I missing something, or am I trying to open them too soon?

4: Bodhi's maze posed a couple questions.
--If I figure out the riddles, do I get a prize? Or is it just "you figured out the puzzle, so you can live"?
--Bodhi said I'm on a timer. By the time she left me and I got Imoen back (yay Immy!), I had Imoen learn every scroll I had, then rested for 16 hours to get back HP and memorize the new spells. How long do I have before Bodhi and her hordes find me?
--Is there a way to defuse that wall, or get around it, or something?! Yes, it's that wall.

1. nah .. doenst really matter how you do it. If you didnt go to the tavern first, you dont know why you're rescuing her, but besides that on problem.
There are numerous ways to finish that quest: Hack n'slash, buy a medallion, put sleep-potion in the guards food .. but I usually just kill them all [img]smile.gif[/img]

2. Its easy, dont make it any harder than it is [img]smile.gif[/img]

3. You're trying to open them too soon

4. There are a few riddles there .. which ones did you figure out ?
If you answered all the riddles by putting your hand in a few mouths .. just continue to do that untill the statue says your done,.. she'll reward you.

If you mean the room with the chest and items in it .. just place each item in the statue which riddle fits the item. If you did that correctly, you'll get a message that the lid of the now empty box jumped open and that there's a new item in it all of the sudden. If this didnt happen, you didnt match all the items to the statues correctly.

No such thing as a timer really .. there's a fixed point in the maze where she will be waiting for you

You can just take the detour .. though there's absolutely nothing of value in that little hallway. I do believe there's a way to not trigger the wall though, it was either keeping as much to the left wall or as much to the right wall Not sure though
Anywayz, it's not important and you wont lose a thing by not going that way [img]smile.gif[/img]

Here we go..

1 - Erm...
2 - It's a simple Quest..
3 - To soon, just wait and see
4 - There are 2 riddle chambers, one with the items and one with the Statue of Riddles (or something). They are pretty easy but I can give you the answers if you want them (saves some time)
- You'll get rewards for both riddle's, one in the form of EXP. and in the form of a ring.
- No timer, You will find her, not vice versa.
- IIRC that wall will only trigger once, use a summon as sacrifice, otherwise you can return to the main chamber of the Gauntlet (the Maze), on eace side there will be stairs, take the North stair to get around it.
