What is/are the best single handed weapon/s for my elven archer? right now I have Azuredge for melee...but not for long i guess.

what do you suggest?

or maybe i should wield two handed sword and have valygar or Minsc dual wield...which one do you think? i already have keldorn and anomen som fighter wise i am pretty good

Single handed weapon.. Hmm let me think... I always use Mace of Disruption +2, which is good against undead of course. How about Flame Tongue?

Definitely go for a 2-handed weapon if you don't have a better 1-hand weapon. There's absolutely no penalty for using 2-handed weapons with an Archer, unless you count lacking the benefits of Single Weapon Style as a penalty.

Archers are eggshells in hand to hand melee. I always waste a few stars for melee weapons. One for daggers early on (Pixie Prick) and later, I might get a star in two handed swords and use the two handed vorpal blade that goes snicker-snack. That usually ends toe to toe melee quickly for my Archer, allowing him to get back to doing what he does best.
